Venue: Hitotsubashi Hall

The conference takes place at Hitotsubashi Hall, which you can reach from the second floor (2F) of the National Institute of Informatics’ (short: NII) main building.

The entrance to Hitotsubashi Hall is on the left side of the photo. The entrance opens each morning at 8:30. The ACSOS2025 registration desk is on the second floor. After entering, please use the stairs to your right to reach the second floor. On Monday, the registration desk opens at 9:15. From Tuesday to Friday, it opens at 8:30.
