Additional social events
This year, we are excited to offer additional social events supported by Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau. These social events are specially tailored to provide overseas registered participants with various experiences of Tokyo and its vicinity; from nature and culture to other attractions. (The tour courses are subject to change).

Eligibility:
Participants who are registered for the conference, reside outside Japan, and are not Japanese nationals.
How to sign up?
Only one program per person Registration for this event will only be accepted on-site during the conference period. Please sign up for the tours at the TOKYO CITY INFORMATION DESK located near the registration area at Hitotsubashi Hall. Registration will close once the maximum capacity is reached.

T1 : Tokyo Tower (Main deck) & Odaiba Area

Capacity: 30 participants
Relax and enjoy the view from the observation deck located at 150 meters in the Tokyo Tower. Afterwards, visitors will enjoy the view of Rainbow Bridge and a stroll around the Odaiba area.
T2 : Zazen (Zen meditation) Experience
Oct.3 (Fri.) 8:00-10:00
Capacity: 30 participants
Go to Korinin Temple to experience Zazen. Zazen is a traditional Buddhist meditation method and a popular activity among overseas visitors. In the silence, your mind will be refreshed and clear.
T3 : TOKYO SKYTREE & TOKYO Solamachi
Oct.3 (Fri.) 18:00-21:00
Capacity: 30 participants
After enjoying the view from the SKYTREE, the world’s tallest radio tower, you will spend time at Tokyo Solamachi, which houses a planetarium, an aquarium, restaurants, and more than 300 stores.
